Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and implement Fusion Trade Innovation modules based on business requirements.
  • Perform end-to-end application setup including parameters, workflows, and product configuration.
  • Design and develop interfaces between FTI and external/internal banking systems.
  • Customize application components, screens, and reports where required.
  • Support integration using APIs, messaging, and file-based interfaces.
  • Work closely with Trade Finance business users to translate functional needs into technical solutions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 support.
  • Participate in upgrades, patches, and environment management.
  • Prepare technical documentation, configuration guides, and deployment artifacts.
  • Ensure compliance with banking, security, and audit standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Finastra Fusion Trade Innovation.
  • Experience working in banking or financial services environments preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Fusion Trade Innovation application setup and configuration.
  • Proven expertise in interface development and system integration.
  • Experience with Java / J2EE, Web services (SOAP / REST), XML, XSLT, messaging frameworks, and database querying (Oracle / SQL).
  • Solid understanding of Trade Finance domain, including Letters of Credit, Guarantees, Documentary Collections, and Supply Chain Finance basics.

  • Detail-oriented with structured documentation practices.
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
