Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in the Banking Industry System support and implementations, with at least 3 years in IT.
Should have a minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in Fusion Loan IQ System (by Finastra) support and implementation.
Experience in reviewing and preparing Business Requirement Specifications and preparing test cases exploring all aspects of the scope.
Knowledge of defect lifecycle management and execution status reporting.
Proficiency in test scope analysis and regression testing.
Understanding of system integration with core banking systems.
Ability to review BRS (Business Requirements Specifications) and prepare the test cases exploring all aspects of the scope.
