About the Role
This position is responsible for managing and processing payment requests, invoices, and financial documents to ensure their accuracy and timely execution. The role requires supervision of supplier payments and financial obligations, detailed reporting on cash flows, and collaboration with various internal departments and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and process payment requests, invoices, and financial documents, ensuring accuracy.
• Supervise supplier payments and financial obligations, ensuring timely settlements.
• Prepare, review, and execute bank transfers according to established procedures.
• Monitor financial reconciliations and resolve discrepancies and issues related to payments.
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and banks to ensure efficient financial operations.
• Prepare and analyze periodic reports on payments and cash flows.
• Improve payment procedures and enhance operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and related regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of practical experience in accounting, payments, or financial operations.
• Good knowledge of payment procedures, bank transfers, and financial reconciliations.
• Familiarity with accounting principles, financial controls, and related systems.
• Experience in monitoring cash flows, preparing financial reports, and managing supplier payments.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
