FinOps Specialist (AWS and Azure)

The company is currently looking for a FinOps Specialist (AWS and Azure) for our Bahrain operations.

Responsibilities

• Must be familiar with Cloud Services, AWS and Azure primarily.
• Must be familiar with all the Data Extraction mechanisms from the CSP, as well as normalizing data into Excel to create accurate reports.
• Must be familiar with PowerBI to create dynamic reports and make this data readable for an Executive audience.
• Must have knowledge of Cost Allocation topics, Tagging, and key FinOps principles.
• Must understand key services from the Cloud Providers to analyze proposed optimizations and key purchase options for services to propose Saving Plans and Reserved Instances accordingly.
• Previous experience and references on these topics are highly valued.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Cloud Services, specifically AWS and Azure.
• Experience with data extraction and reporting tools such as Excel and PowerBI.
• Understanding of financial operations in cloud environments.
