Job Description:
As a Fintech Associate at the company, you will support the development, performance tracking, and execution of our fintech initiatives by collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners across lending, cards, wallets, and strategic financial solutions.

Key Accountability Areas:

• Fintech:
  • Identify, assess, and onboard fintech partners across various financial solutions.
  • Conduct market and competitor benchmarking to support fintech initiatives.
  • Prepare business cases, partner evaluations, and internal recommendation decks.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with fintech partners, including performance tracking and issue follow-ups.
  • Contribute to customer value proposition definition, competitive analysis, and go-to-market readiness.
  • Track and report performance of assigned fintech products using defined metrics.
• Support & Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Monitor fintech-related developments, licenses, and practices.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for alignment.
  • Maintain documentation and compliance-related reporting.
• Daily Operations:
  • Manage day-to-day coordination activities related to fintech initiatives.
  • Track open issues, risks, and dependencies across fintech projects.
  • Ensure timely responses and coordination to support smooth execution of initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of relevant Fintech experience and Financial Services.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
