Key Accountability Areas and Key Activities
Fintech
- Support the identification, assessment, and onboarding of fintech partners across lending, cards, wallets, and other financial solutions and initiatives.
- Conduct market and competitor benchmarking to support new fintech initiatives and partnership decisions.
- Prepare business cases, partner evaluations, and internal recommendation decks.
- Support ongoing relationship management with fintech partners, including performance tracking, coordination, and issue follow-ups.
- Track and report performance of assigned fintech products using defined metrics (e.g., adoption, utilization, portfolio size, growth rate).
- Identify performance gaps and support the execution of improvement initiatives in collaboration with Product, Technology, and Marketing teams.
Support & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Monitor fintech-related developments, licenses, and practices relevant to the company's activities.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Assist in maintaining documentation and compliance-related reporting as required.
- Act as the main point of contact for partner fintech-related initiatives to ensure alignment, follow-ups, and timely execution.
- Support preparation of internal updates and presentations for relevant stakeholders.
Daily Operations
- Manage day-to-day coordination activities related to fintech initiatives, including partner relationship management, follow-ups, marketing campaigns, commercials, and internal action tracking.
- Maintain product/initiative tracking for assigned fintech products and partnerships, with a mindset focused on learnings, impact, and growth.
- Track open issues, risks, and dependencies across fintech initiatives.
- Ensure timely responses and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to support the smooth execution of fintech initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of relevant fintech experience and financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
