About the Role
In this position, you will take ownership of the day-to-day product roadmap tracking and delivery coordination across various teams including technology, business, compliance/risk, operations, and external partners. Your role will involve converting business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process flows, and acceptance criteria. You will support the end-to-end customer and merchant journeys, ensuring a seamless experience while also meeting risk, compliance, and operational requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day product roadmap tracking and delivery coordination across technology, business, compliance/risk, operations, and external partners.
  • Convert business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, BRDs, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support the end-to-end customer and merchant journeys, ensuring a simple experience while meeting risk, compliance, and operational requirements.
  • Identify product gaps, market opportunities, and prioritized improvements through data analysis, customer feedback, competitor reviews, and stakeholder input.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and performance gaps, recommending prioritized actions based on data, customer feedback, merchant input, market research, and competitor reviews.
  • Conduct research and gather market intelligence to aid in commercial planning for product launches, new features, and merchant propositions.
  • Support the end-to-end customer and merchant journeys by identifying friction points that impact adoption, conversion, servicing, or repeat usage.
  • Perform any additional project, task, or activities assigned/delegated by the Line Manager.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in commercial product, growth, strategy, business analysis, or digital financial-services delivery.
  • Strongly preferred experience in FinTech, lending, payments, wallets, banking, e-commerce, or a regulated digital business.
  • Strong commercial mindset with practical knowledge of P&L, unit economics, revenue drivers, customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and product-performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience working with Growth, Digital Marketing, and Performance Marketing teams to improve app acquisition, activation, engagement, and repeat usage.
  • Comfortable translating commercial needs into product requirements, user stories, BRDs, process flows, and acceptance criteria; should be able to coordinate with technology teams without needing to be a technical product manager or engineer.
  • Strong analytical ability to use customer, merchant, and commercial data to identify gaps, opportunities, and priority actions.
  • Exposure to digital onboarding, eKYC/ID&V, credit decisioning, payments, collections, or marketplace journeys is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with Agile delivery, backlog management, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and tools such as Jira or Confluence is an advantage.
