Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Manage compliance projects from clients, focusing on the Firco service line projects.
- Implement and integrate Firco screening solutions within complex banking environments.
- Ensure customer reporting requirements meet compliance and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain the overall architecture of Firco solutions at assigned clients.
- Interface and integrate strategies with external systems and processes.
Required Experience:
- 10-15 years of professional experience in Banking IT, with at least 10 years in the screening domain.
- Expertise in Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, and Firco Screen solutions.
- Experience in integrating Firco Continuity with multiple payment gateways across various countries.
- Knowledge of payment message formats such as SWIFT, UAEFTS, and local gateways in regions like the UK, France, India, and GCC.
Necessary Skills:
- Documentation of solution and architecture between source and screening solutions.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Visio.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Ability to work in both waterfall and SCRUM delivery models.
