Fircosoft Application SME

The Fircosoft Application Subject Matter Expert (SME) will serve as the technology expert for payment and customer screening solutions, developing, supporting, and managing the screening solutions utilized by banks. The SME will be responsible for the support, upgrade, and optimization of the Screening Solution Systems in Compliance, and will act as a subject matter expert for the Fircosoft suite of screening products.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

• 6 - 10 years of experience in the financial services or IT sector.
• Proven knowledge of Fircosoft screening solutions.
• Familiarity with Continuity, Trust, and FSK – Screen & Keep.
• Prior experience in De-rap, ERF, Pairing, and Stripping detector is an added advantage.
• Strong proficiency in Unix / Linux Shell Script programming.
• Ability to connect with Linux and Windows OS through various tools.
• Good knowledge of Windows batch scripting for automating file generation and movement.
• Strong Oracle & MS SQL knowledge, including SQL and PLSQL.
• Significant experience in system integration.
• Essential banking domain knowledge.
• Prior experience with Fircosoft screening solutions.
• Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation), and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to change and competing demands.
• Experience working closely with technology vendors for server patching and upgrades.
• Awareness of regulations governing banking business processes is essential.
