Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Customer and Payment Screening solutions using Firco Trust and Firco Continuity
- Ensure deep understanding of the name and payment screening process in banking
- Maintain knowledge of various types of watch lists
- Integrate Firco Continuity with multiple payment gateways
- Be well-versed with message formats of payment gateways such as SWIFT, UAEFTS, local gateways, and trade payments
- Utilize knowledge of WebSphere, Unix, Oracle SQL queries, and IBM MQ
- Coordinate with vendors and manage issues via tickets
- Schedule and manage jobs on any batch management platform
- Ensure system monitoring including log/error checking and troubleshooting
- Raise problem tickets and take necessary actions until resolution
- Have a good understanding of the SDLC process and agile methodology
- Experience in using public cloud offerings, preferably AWS
