About the Role
We are looking for a Person in-charge with the overall operational management of fire station(s) and all associated Fire & Rescue functions. This role requires accountability to the nominated Line Manager for service provision and will involve providing operational incident response both at an advisory and strategic level to the Client, based on the severity of the emergency event. Ideal candidates should possess strong multitasking abilities, effective communication skills, and excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. This position is part of the Fire and Rescue Service Operations in Saudi Arabia and is subject to contract award.

Key Accountabilities
- Responsible for managing, coordinating, and directing all Fire & Rescue services, including subcontracted services, related to emergency incidents and preparedness based on identified credible scenarios.
- Identifying and managing sufficient resources, both internal, external, and subcontracted, to meet the needs of all identified credible scenarios regarding personnel and equipment.
- Effective management of all Fire & Rescue resources for the designated location, including engagement with internal/external stakeholders to ensure service continuity.
- Delivery of service in line with the company Management Systems doctrine and Emergency Services Divisional Plans and Procedures.
- Preparation and continuous improvement of service level documents such as Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Risk Assessments, Pre-Incident Plans, Credible Scenario Lists, Forms, and Records.
- Preparation of reports in an accurate and timely manner, adhering to the company and client timeframes and deadlines.
- Assuming positions within the organization as required to ensure service continuity.
Specific Requirements
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in fire/rescue services, including two (2) years in a supervisory position.
- At least 2 of the last 5 years must be spent in an equivalent position.
- Middle East work experience is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office work suite.
- Languages: Essential - English (Oral/Written); Desirable - Arabic (Oral/Written).
- Valid light vehicle operator license in country of origin and ability to obtain equivalent in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Essential).
- Valid heavy vehicle operator license in country of origin and ability to obtain equivalent in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Desirable).
- Twelve (12) years of formal education (College Graduate).
- Specialized Qualifications:
- Fire Officer IV (or equivalent)
- Fire Inspector III (or equivalent)
- Plan Examiner I & II (or equivalent)
