About the Role
We are looking for a Person in-charge for the overall operational management of a fire station(s) and all associated Fire & Rescue functions. The individual will be accountable to the nominated Line Manager for service provision and will provide operational incident response, both at an advisory and strategic level to the Client if required based on the severity of the emergency event. The ideal candidate should have the ability to multi-task and manage various tasks, alongside strong communication, organization, time management, and prioritizing skills. This role is part of the Fire and Rescue Service Operations in Saudi Arabia and hiring for this position is subject to contract award.

Key Accountabilities
- Manage, coordinate, and direct all Fire & Rescue services, including subcontracted services related to emergency incidents and preparedness based on identified credible scenarios.
- Identify and manage sufficient resources, both internal and external, to meet the needs of all identified credible scenarios regarding personnel and equipment.
- Effectively manage all Fire & Rescue resources for the designated location, engaging and collaborating with other internal/external stakeholders to ensure service continuity.
- Deliver services in accordance with the company Management Systems doctrine and Emergency Services Divisional Plans and Procedures.
- Prepare and continuously improve service level documents such as Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Risk Assessments, Pre-Incident Plans, Credible Scenario Lists, Forms, and Records.
- Prepare reports accurately and in a timely manner in compliance with the company and client deadlines.
- Assume positions within the organization as required to ensure service continuity.
Specific Requirements
- Minimum 7 to 9 years of experience in fire/rescue services, including two (2) years in a supervisory position.
- At least one of the last five years must have been spent in an equivalent position.
- Middle East work experience is desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Languages: English (Oral/Written - Essential), Arabic (Oral/Written - Desirable).
- Valid light vehicle operator license in country of origin and ability to obtain an equivalent in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Essential).
- Valid heavy vehicle operator license in country of origin and ability to obtain equivalent in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Desirable).
- Twelve (12) years of formal education (College Graduate).
- Specialized Qualifications: Applicants must be certified competent in the role and qualified to at least the following qualifications:
- Fire Officer III (or equivalent)
- Incident Command
- Risk Management
- Site / Asset Management
- Line Management
- English Level 5
