Position

A large bank in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Front Office Migration Functional Lead for its Murex greenfield implementation project. The Murex FO Migration Functional BA will be responsible for supporting the migration and upgrade of Front Office trading, pricing, and risk functionalities within the Murex platform. This includes tasks such as ensuring correct trading functionalities are migrated and validated, working closely with technical teams, and coordinating various migration activities.

Responsibilities:

Support the migration of Front Office trading functionalities from older Murex versions or legacy trading systems to Murex.
Collaborate with technical teams for trade capture, pricing, and market risk functionalities.
Validate P&L, sensitivities (Greeks), and risk figures pre and post-migration in cooperation with Front Office users.
Utilize extensive experience in Murex workflow, covering trade life cycle, system interface workflow creation, confirmation generation, error management, and OSP.
Manage data migration activities, including trade and static data migration and reconciliation of positions.
Propose enhancements to existing solutions based on analytical and technical expertise.
Coordinate cutover planning, go-live activities, and post-go-live support.

Skills Required:

Must Have:
- 7 to 10 years of overall experience with at least 4 years specifically in migration projects.
- Strong understanding of financial products such as IRD, FXD, bonds, repos, commodities, and equities.
- Hands-on functional experience with Murex MX.3, particularly Front Office modules.
- Experience in a full-cycle Murex implementation or migration project.
- Experience with data migration and reconciliation methodologies.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with SQL, Murex Datamart, or reporting tools.
- Hands-on experience with Murex configurations and workflows in various functional modules.
