In this role, you will be responsible for running end-to-end engagements and projects to configure clients on the cloud platform. Your primary focus will be working with diverse delivery teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet the desired quality standards. Ensuring client satisfaction and fostering repeat business will be key components of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will contribute to pre-sales and sales activities, including proposals and go-to-market collateral, while also mentoring the team to optimize performance.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project engagements to configure clients on cloud solutions
- Collaborate with various teams to meet project objectives
- Advocate for client satisfaction to drive repeat business
- Support pre-sales activities and contribute to proposal development
- Mentor team members to enhance their capabilities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field (BTECH/BE/MCA)
- 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
- PMP or Prince 2 certification preferable
- Proven experience with cloud solutions, specifically on Azure
- Strong expertise in Agile product configuration and solution development
- Proficient in Microsoft stack, Dev, and Design skills
- Extensive design experience in data solutions including storage, transfer, manipulation, and visualization (SQL, ETLs, Power BI/Tableau)
- Excellent communication, report writing, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with current technologies such as AI, ML, RPA, and mobile platforms
- Comprehensive understanding of machine learning techniques for text analysis, including NLP and classification
- Hands-on experience in data analytics, reporting, and dashboarding
- Proficient in programming languages such as C#, Python, or R
- Experience with API integration and working with unstructured data
- Knowledge of distributed computing via cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Familiarity with NoSQL and Elasticsearch is a plus
- Previous experience as a Data Engineer or a related position with a focus on data modeling and ETL development
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting

Travel Requirements:
This position requires a willingness to travel 40 to 60% of the time.
