Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business needs before designing solutions.
- Develop and enhance enterprise-grade agentic AI applications for aviation scenarios utilizing agentic coding.
- Create AI agents capable of reasoning, context management, and supporting human-in-the-loop processes at enterprise scale.
- Design and implement pipelines for handling enterprise knowledge which includes data ingestion, vector search, and more.
- Develop integrations with backend systems and establish clean, reusable interfaces.
- Maintain quality across projects, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and security.
- Own the outcome of specific domains, fostering internal AI capabilities.
Education & Experience:
- 4+ years of experience preferred, with at least 3 years in production-grade software and about 1 year in agentic AI.
- Strong background in Python and basic knowledge of TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with connecting agents to various systems and deploying them in cloud environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
Language Requirements:
- Fluent in English, with the ability to work comfortably in a culturally diverse, international team.
Work Conditions:
On-site, Full-time.
