Forward Deployed AI Integrator (UAE National Only), Field Engineering

About the Job:

Field Engineering teams across the company are developing AI-enabled workflows to improve investigations, automate repetitive tasks, enhance reporting, and create scalable engineering tools. The Forward Deployed AI Integrator plays a pivotal role by embedding directly within regional Field Engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI integration, drive adoption of AI-assisted tooling, and standardize successful experiments across regions.

This hands-on execution role focuses on measurable productivity outcomes, measured by transformed workflows and engineering hours saved. You will collaborate closely with Field Engineering engineers and internal teams to implement AI solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and accelerate high-value AI workflow opportunities within regional Field Engineering teams.
• Drive the adoption of AI-assisted workflows and solutions.
• Partner with engineers to replace manual processes with scalable AI-enabled solutions.
• Document reusable patterns and operational playbooks for regional adoption.
• Coach Field Engineering engineers on the use of approved AI tools.
• Track and report adoption metrics and operational KPIs.
• Share knowledge and learning with the broader Field Engineering AI integration community.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, machine learning, engineering, or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in technical program management.
• Experience with AI systems, data center engineering, or project management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with process improvements through automation, including tools like SQL, Python, and MS Power Query.
• Leadership experience or mentoring within engineering teams.
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively to senior stakeholders.
