The Forward Deployed AI Integrator will focus exclusively on AI integration for their assigned region, working directly with regional Field Engineering teams to identify high-value workflow opportunities, drive adoption of AI-assisted tooling, and convert successful experiments into repeatable standards.

This hands-on role will partner with Field Engineering engineers, regional leads, and cross-functional GenAI platform teams to deliver measurable productivity outcomes. Success will be evaluated by transformed workflows, engineering hours saved, and adoption driven within the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Embed with regional Field Engineering teams to identify and prioritize high-value AI workflow opportunities.
- Drive the adoption of AI-assisted workflows across various operational processes.
- Collaborate with FE engineers to replace manual workflows with scalable, reusable AI-enabled solutions.
- Document reusable workflow patterns and operational playbooks for regional adoption.
- Work with GenAI platform teams to accelerate FE AI initiatives.
- Coach FE engineers on practical AI tools, including Python-based tooling and internal AI platforms.
- Track and report on adoption metrics and operational KPIs.
- Identify and eliminate duplicated efforts across regional teams.
- Contribute to the broader FE AI integration community by sharing insights and outcomes.
A Day in the Life
You will be embedded in the regional Field Engineering team, collaborating during live investigations, building automation patterns, and coaching engineers on workflow adoption. You will be accountable for making AI integration practical and measurable, leveraging your technical depth and operational curiosity.
Basic Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, machine learning, engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience in a machine learning or data scientist role.
- 3+ years of technical program management experience.
- Experience working with or evaluating AI systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in data center engineering or operations.
- Experience driving process improvements through technology.
- Proficiency in automation and analysis, including tools like SQL, MS Power Query, or Python.
- Experience in a global company with multi-country responsibilities.
- Leadership experience in influencing teams or organizations.
