Forward Deployed Engineer, Agentic Platform

The company is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to play a critical role in integrating AI into various sectors such as finance, healthcare, and telecommunications. You will be a bridge between the North AI platform and client engineering teams, addressing complex problems and ensuring secure AI integration.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will:

• Build and ship features for the North AI workspace platform
• Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data
• Experiment rapidly while maintaining high-quality standards to meet customer needs
• Work across the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to production

Requirements:

• Experience engaging directly with customers
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Proficiency in Python with production experience
• Background in building and deploying performant client-side or server-side RAG/agentic applications
• Strong coding skills with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot outside the main codebase
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with changing priorities

Work Conditions:

• Anticipated travel: 20% to 40%
• Remote-flexible with co-working stipend
