As a Forward Deployed Engineer for the company's innovative AI workspace platform, North, you will play a vital role in helping enterprises effectively utilize AI in real-world applications. This position acts as a bridge between our core North product and our clients' engineering teams, addressing complex challenges and securely integrating AI into critical sectors such as finance, healthcare, and telecommunications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and ship features for North, our AI workspace platform.
- Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data.
- Experiment rapidly while maintaining high standards of quality, ensuring solutions that surpass customer expectations.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization through to production.
Qualifications:
- Experience working directly with customers.
- Proficiency in Python with a background in building and deploying performant client-side or server-side RAG/agentic applications.
- Strong coding skills and comfort in troubleshooting across the stack.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
