Forward Deployed Engineer, Agentic Platform

The Forward Deployed Engineer is a vital role that connects our core North product with clients' engineering teams, solving complex problems and securely integrating AI into sectors like finance, healthcare, and telecommunications.

Location: Saudi Arabia (Remote)

Work Conditions:

• Full-time
• 20 - 40% travel anticipated
• Remote-flexible with offices in Toronto, New York, San Francisco, London, and Paris

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and ship features for North, our AI workspace platform.
• Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data.
• Experiment and deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations.
• Work across the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization through production.

Qualifications:

• Experience working directly with customers.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Proficient in Python with a history of deploying client-side or server-side applications.
• Strong coding abilities with the competency to troubleshoot outside the main code base.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
