In this position, you will act as a bridge between the core North product and clients’ engineering teams, addressing complex challenges and ensuring secure AI integration in crucial sectors such as finance, healthcare, and telecommunications. Key Responsibilities:
- Build and ship features for the North AI workspace platform.
- Develop autonomous agents that interact with sensitive enterprise data.
- Experiment rapidly while maintaining quality to create solutions that surpass customer expectations.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization to production.
- Lead the end-to-end deployment of North in both private cloud and on-premises settings, covering planning, configuration, testing, and rollout.
You May Be a Good Fit If:
- You have experience in customer-facing roles and enjoy direct interaction with clients.
- You are proficient in Python and have shipped numerous production-level applications.
- You have built and deployed high-performance client-side or server-side agentic applications.
- You are familiar with deploying enterprise software in private and hybrid cloud environments.
- You possess strong coding skills and are capable of working beyond just the main codebase.
- You have expertise in cloud infrastructure (such as Azure, AWS, GCP), networking, and virtualization.
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and can navigate shifting priorities effectively.
