As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of bringing cutting-edge AI solutions to our most strategic clients. Your Impact:
- Drive Tangible Outcomes through Hands-On Implementation: Be responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery of complex AI solutions, personally writing critical code, configuring systems, and troubleshooting issues, while also guiding and reviewing the work of junior team members to ensure successful deployment and measurable business impact.
- Build Transformative AI Solutions: Take primary ownership of designing, developing, and personally implementing high-quality, scalable production systems. This will involve architecting and deploying complex AI and Large Language Model (LLM) based intelligent agents and automated workflows, all built on top of the platform.
- Engineer Bespoke Agentic AI Solutions: Work directly with customers to design and build custom intelligent agents using the platform, ensuring they meet unique business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing customer ecosystems.
- Data Configuration & Integration: Own the entire data lifecycle, from strategic design of data models to hands-on building of efficient processing pipelines and establishing seamless integration strategies. You'll ensure data is always ready, optimized, and secure for our advanced AI applications.
- Proactively Remove Technical Blockers: Identify, analyze, and directly resolve the most complex technical challenges during all phases of solution delivery, becoming the ultimate go-to expert for unblocking progress.
- Drive Innovation: Become a foremost expert in our innovative platform, pushing its capabilities to the limit. Lead the development of bespoke intelligent agents, automate intricate business processes, and craft intuitive user experiences.
- Become a Trusted Strategic Partner: Embed yourself deeply with client teams to truly grasp their operational challenges and strategic goals, translating these nuanced needs into clear, actionable technical requirements.
- Conduct Deep-Dive Technical Debugging and Root Cause Analysis: Perform detailed analysis, debugging, and root cause identification for complex system interactions and AI model behaviors.
- Lead Rapid Prototyping and Iteration: Quickly develop proofs-of-concept and minimum viable products, coding alongside client teams to gather feedback for iterative refinement.
- Implement and Enforce Best Practices: Directly apply and evangelize engineering best practices for code quality, scalability, security, and maintainability across all deployed solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in a hands-on, end-to-end delivery role for high-quality, scalable production solutions in a professional environment.
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Expert-level proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python, Apex).
- Extensive hands-on experience building and deploying solutions with AI/LLM technologies.
- Deep expertise in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics.
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead technical engagements and mentor junior team members.
- Ability to travel 25-50% of the time, as needed to customer sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Significant direct experience with the platform.
- Extensive experience with Data Cloud and/or platform.
- Experience developing and deploying conversational AI solutions within regulated industries.
- Expert-level experience with Apex and/or Python coding languages.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing, hands-on technical lead or architect role.
- Advanced platform certifications.
- Deep knowledge across CRM (Service, Sales, and Marketing Clouds).
- Extensive experience with Flows and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
