This position transcends conventional product demonstrations; it emphasizes constructing real-world solutions capable of scaling effectively. You will partner with a dedicated Enterprise AE, taking charge of the technical aspects, including discovery, architecture, POC, and production go-live, ensuring a collaborative workflow.
The Pod Model
- Enterprise AE: Oversees the named-account list, cultivates executive relationships, qualifies and closes commercial opportunities. OTE $350K.
- Forward Deployed Engineer: Responsible for technical discovery, architecture design, building POCs, enabling initial workload launches, and troubleshooting obstacles.
We focus on the workloads our solutions deliver, such as AI contact centers, SOC/NOC agents, global communications, and connected mobility. The sales conversation is centered around outcome delivery rather than merely product offerings.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with enterprise customers to assess their communication workflows, AI applications, and integration challenges.
- Develop and deploy custom solutions: AI Voice Assistants, APIs (Voice, Messaging, Fax, Wireless), WebRTC.
- Implement LLMs in customer environments, utilizing Inference or self-hosted stacks as required.
- Operate LiteLLM as a model gateway in customer settings: providing a unified API interface, with routing, load balancing, and observability features.
- Ensure operational oversight of LLM usage, including monitoring costs and implementing guardrails for customer clarity.
- Establish observability protocols for all deployments, coordinating metrics and alerting systems to support production health checks.
- Create model routing strategies to optimize performance across voice workloads with fallback measures.
- Conduct POCs, pilots, and production integrations from inception to live operation.
- Maintain customer engagement until solutions are operational and stable.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap based on on-ground insights from the UAE and GCC markets.
- Produce clear technical documentation and runbooks for successful handoff.
- Address complex integration challenges alongside customer engineering teams.

- A solid grasp of production model challenges such as rate limits and concurrency-related failures.
- Experience deploying containerized applications on Kubernetes with an emphasis on security management and configuration during upgrades.
- Hands-on experience with observability frameworks like Prometheus, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry.
- Strong analytical background dealing with high-concurrency systems, message queues, and event streams.
- API development experience, including a deep understanding of REST/GraphQL, authentication, and versioning strategies.

- Proficiency in using LLM gateways and their configurations.
- Knowledge of the landscape of open-weight models and familiarity with Arabic AI model initiatives.
- Experience with SQL and data manipulation, CI/CD pipeline automation, and cloud regulations in the UAE/GCC region.
- A background in telecommunications, CPaaS, or SaaS, particularly within high-growth sectors.
- Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments.
