Your Impact
- Drive Tangible Outcomes through Hands-On Implementation: Be responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery of complex AI solutions, personally writing critical code, configuring systems, and troubleshooting issues, while also guiding and reviewing the work of junior team members to ensure successful deployment and measurable business impact.
- Build Transformative AI Solutions: Take primary ownership of designing, developing, and personally implementing high-quality, scalable production systems, which will involve architecting and deploying complex AI and Large Language Model (LLM) based intelligent agents and automated workflows.
- Engineer Bespoke Agentic AI Solutions: Work directly with customers to design and build custom intelligent agents using our platform, ensuring they meet unique business requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing customer ecosystems.
- Data Configuration & Integration: Own the entire data lifecycle, from strategic design of data models to hands-on building of efficient processing pipelines and establishing seamless integration strategies.
- Proactively Remove Technical Blockers: Identify, analyze, and directly resolve the most complex technical challenges during all phases of solution delivery.
- Drive Innovation: Become a foremost expert in our innovative platform, leading the development of bespoke intelligent agents and crafting intuitive user experiences.
- Become a Trusted Strategic Partner: Embed yourself deeply with client teams to grasp their operational challenges and strategic goals, translating these needs into clear, actionable requirements and solution designs.
- Conduct Deep-Dive Technical Debugging and Root Cause Analysis: Perform detailed analysis, debugging, and root cause identification for complex system interactions, data flows, and AI model behaviors.
- Lead Rapid Prototyping and Iteration: Quickly develop proofs-of-concept and minimum viable products, coding alongside client teams to demonstrate capabilities and gather feedback for iterative refinement.
- Implement and Enforce Best Practices: Apply and evangelize engineering best practices for code quality, scalability, security, and maintainability across all deployed solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in a hands-on, end-to-end delivery role for high-quality, scalable production solutions.
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Expert-level proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, Python).
- Extensive hands-on experience with AI/LLM technologies, including advanced AI orchestration frameworks and integration of LLMs.
- Deep expertise in data modeling, processing, integration, and analytics.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurship and a focus on fast, impactful delivery, with a proven ability to lead technical initiatives.
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to lead technical engagements, mentor junior team members, and oversee technical aspects of projects.
- Ability to travel 25-50% of the time, as needed to customer sites.
Preferred Qualifications
- Significant direct experience with the platform, including advanced configuration.
- Extensive experience with Data Cloud and/or platform.
- Experience developing conversational AI solutions within regulated industries.
- Advanced platform certifications.
- Extensive experience with Flows and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
