Forward Deployment Engineer

About the Job:
In this role, you will be involved in the design and development of AI agents and GenAI applications, utilizing the company's no-code builder. Your responsibilities will include solution design, prompting and evaluation of agents, model training, and customer delivery. You will also become a subject matter expert on the company's platform, influencing product development with your insights.

Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Build: Create AI agents and applications using the no-code builder.
• Prompting & RAG: Engineer prompts and tools for high-quality outputs in Arabic and English.
• Agent Evaluation: Develop golden test sets to monitor accuracy.
• LLM Model Training & Fine-tuning: Engage in prompt engineering for both Arabic and English models.
• Customer Delivery: Conduct discovery, define user stories, build PoCs/MVPs, and iterate with stakeholders.
• Platform Expertise: Provide feedback on the company's platform to impact the product roadmap.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–4 years in AI/LLMs.
• Language: Proficient in Arabic and English.
• Knowledge of Gen AI: Familiar with LLMs and evaluation processes.
• Model Ops Skills: Proficient in prompt engineering and testing frameworks.
• Integration Skills: Experience with APIs and system integration.
• Product Thinking: Ability to map user journeys and draft user stories.
• Basic Design Aptitude: Comfort with wireframes and visual flows.
• Basic Coding Knowledge: Familiarity with Python, Java, C++, or Groovy.
• Ways of Working: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup.
