Forward Deployment Engineer

The Forward Deployment Engineer position at the company requires a strong foundation in Computer Science, with a focus on Data Structures and Algorithms, System Design, and SOLID Principles. Candidates should have proficiency in both Relational (SQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases, and an understanding of API ecosystems including RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and OAuth.

Key responsibilities and expectations include:

• Computer Science Fundamentals: Deep understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms, time and space complexity, and efficient data traversal.
• System Design & SOLID Principles: Capability to apply architectural patterns to ensure extensibility and maintainability of configurations on the platform.
• Database Mastery: Proficiency in optimizing queries for scale, managing primary/secondary keys, and implementing indexing in both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Programming Languages: Strong experience in Python for AI/ML workflows, Java for backend enterprise connectors, and JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend interactions.
• Problem Solving: Candidates should be able to solve logic problems without relying on built-in library functions.
• Model Operations: Familiarity with AI technologies including Gen AI, prompt engineering, and basic model fine-tuning is beneficial.

Experience Required: 4-6 years in building applications, specifically involving AI applications or agents.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Gen AI principles (LLMs, AI governance, etc.)
• Experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and webhooks
