A growing HRTech company is entering its next phase of expansion across Latin America and is looking for a founding sales hire to help build the market. This isn't a role where you'll simply inherit an existing book of business. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, creating pipeline, developing relationships with decision-makers, and turning early market traction into repeatable growth.

What You'll Own
- Build the sales pipeline across Mexico and selected LATAM markets.
- Identify and engage target accounts across the mid-market and enterprise segments.
- Own deals end-to-end, from first conversation through contract signing.
- Run discovery meetings, product demos, commercial discussions, and negotiations.
- Build relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, and senior business stakeholders.
- Develop outbound strategies based on market and customer insights.
- Keep CRM activity, pipeline, and forecasting up to date.
- Work with internal teams to improve messaging, positioning, and sales processes.
- Identify partnerships and new routes to market across LATAM.
- Feed customer and market insights back into the broader go-to-market strategy.
What We're Looking For
- 2–6 years of B2B or SaaS sales experience.
- Demonstrated success owning and closing the full sales cycle.
- Strong knowledge of Mexico and familiarity with the broader LATAM enterprise market.
- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise customers.
- Consistent history of working toward and achieving quota.
- Experience in SaaS, HRTech, AI, recruitment technology, or another technology-led B2B environment is preferred.
- Native-level Spanish and strong business English.
- Portuguese is a plus.
- Comfortable using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to build rather than simply manage an existing market.
