Key Responsibilities
- Develop foundational brand assets, including logos, complete visual identities, and comprehensive color schemes.
- Create, systematically organize, and deliver necessary variations of core brand elements.
- Act as the strict gatekeeper for brand consistency across all internal and external materials, including pitch decks and social media kits.
- Build scalable, long-lasting visual systems that align with modern design standards.
- Enforce design quality through cross-platform validation, ensuring brand aesthetics translate flawlessly across both digital and print mediums.
Educational Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in brand design, graphic design, art direction, or visual communications is desirable.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or related creative fields is a plus.
Academic and/or Professional Experience
Candidates must have a strong portfolio heavily focused on brand identity creation, logo design, and comprehensive brand guidelines. A strategic, detail-obsessed approach and the ability to work independently to build long-lasting visual systems are essential.
Technical Skills (Essential)
- Brand Identity Creation: Expertise in building foundational assets from scratch, including scalable logos, distinct color palettes, and typography systems.
- Design Tools: Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma for crafting and managing core design assets.
- Cross-Medium Adaptation: Proven ability to translate brand DNA perfectly across varied formats, from digital social media kits to corporate pitch decks and print materials.
- Brand System Architecture: Strong organizational skills to develop clear brand guidelines, style guides, and structured asset libraries for wider team use.

Project Time Expectations
For this project, tasks are estimated to require around 10–20 hours per week during active phases, based on project requirements. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed workload, and applies only while the project is active.
Compensation
On this project, contributors can earn up to $45 per hour equivalent, depending on their level and pace of contribution. Compensation varies across projects depending on scope, complexity, and required expertise. Other projects on the platform may offer different earning levels based on their requirements.
