Freelance Graphic Designer

About the Role
We’re looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer to join a dynamic team focused on creating high-quality, performance-driven assets for advertising platforms, particularly Meta. This role will involve not only creating effective paid advertising materials but also supporting landing page and social media design as needed. The key requirement for this position is demonstrated expertise in paid advertising design.

What You’ll Do

• Design compelling paid ad creatives across different platforms and formats.
• Create creative variations for testing and optimization.
• Turn marketing goals and messaging into scroll-stopping visual concepts.
• Collaborate with the marketing/growth team on campaign creatives.
• Support landing page and social media design when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience designing paid advertising creatives is a must.
• Strong portfolio showcasing paid ad work.
• Good understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Landing page and social media design experience is a plus.
• Motion/video design experience is desirable.
