Freelance Graphic Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer to join an AI-powered hiring platform helping companies discover, assess, and hire top talent faster. This role requires someone with hands-on experience creating high-quality, performance-focused assets specifically for platforms like Meta. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to support landing page and social media design when needed; however, strong paid advertising experience is the key requirement for this position.

What You’ll Do

• Design compelling paid ad creatives across different platforms and formats.
• Create creative variations for testing and optimization.
• Turn marketing goals and messaging into scroll-stopping visual concepts.
• Collaborate with the marketing/growth team on campaign creatives.
• Support landing page and social media design when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience designing paid advertising creatives; this is a must.
• Strong portfolio showcasing paid ad work.
• Good understanding of performance marketing and conversion-focused design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Landing page and social media design experience is a plus.
• Motion/video design experience.
