About the Role
This role is responsible for managing clients' communications and engagement activities on a day-to-day basis. You will develop and deploy creative public relations programs tailored to meet the needs of various clients while fostering strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy creative PR programs to meet client needs.
• Engage confidently in conversations with clients regarding priorities, product quality, and agency experiences on their projects.
• Build strategic decks with a focus on public relations to present to clients.
• Collaborate with the main agency to unlock additional capabilities and resources.
• Champion agency values and act as a brand ambassador.
• Take initiative and proactively manage client requirements.
• Oversee PR and client development plans with a strategic mindset.
• Provide strategic counsel and insights to shape clients' communication programs.
• Create new business proposals from scratch, ensuring they align with best practices in the industry.
• Identify training needs and provide guidance to junior team members.
• Manage workloads across multiple projects effectively, ensuring timely and on-budget completion of all work.
• Actively contribute to the management team and the overall business strategy.
• Engage in new business development, lead brainstorming sessions, and create PR proposals and pitches for prospective clients.
