Key Responsibilities
- Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored for specific audiences.
- Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling, emphasizing minimalism and precise information hierarchy.
- Enhance presentations with custom fonts, elegant animations, and consistent visuals.
- Maintain a polished, persuasive, and premium corporate-meets-creative style across all deliverables.
- Validate visual alignment, pacing, and adherence to brand standards before final delivery.
Educational Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is desirable.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is a plus.
Academic and/or Professional Experience
Candidates should present a strong portfolio showcasing high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualizations, demonstrating a mastery of pacing, storytelling, and information design. A detail-oriented approach and the ability to independently create visually compelling narratives are essential.
Technical Skills (Essential)
- Presentation software: Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., for building complex, dynamic, and animated decks.
- Design tools: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma for creating custom graphics and layouts.
- Data & information design: Capability to distill complex data into clear, minimalist visual storytelling.
- Typography & animation: Advanced skills in custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations for premium deliverables.
Additional Requirements
- Experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to visual excellence.
- Self-directed work ethic with problem-solving skills for design challenges.
- English proficiency at upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required).
- A CV must include a link to a portfolio with high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualizations; applications lacking this will not be considered.
Project Time Expectations
Tasks are estimated to require approximately 10–20 hours per week during active phases, depending on project requirements. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed workload, and applies only while the project is ongoing.
Compensation
Contributors can earn up to $45 per hour, based on their level and pace of contribution. Compensation varies by project depending on scope, complexity, and required expertise.
