Key Responsibilities
- Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored for specific audiences.
- Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with an emphasis on minimalism and precise information hierarchy.
- Enhance presentations using custom fonts, elegant animations, and perfect visual consistency.
- Maintain a polished, persuasive, and premium corporate-meets-creative style across all deliverables.
- Execute formatting quality standards through meticulous validation of visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery.
Educational Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is desirable.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is a plus.
Academic and/or Professional Experience
Candidates must have a strong portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization (not just basic templates). We seek specialists with a keen understanding of pacing, storytelling, and information design. A methodical, detail-oriented approach and the independence to transform complex narratives into premium visuals are essential.
Technical Skills (Essential)
- Presentation Software: Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., for creating complex, dynamic, and intricately animated decks.
- Design Tools: Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma for producing custom graphics and layouts.
- Data & Information Design: Capability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling.
- Typography & Animation: Advanced skills in utilizing custom fonts and crafting smooth, elegant animations for premium deliverables.
Additional Requirements
- Experience in creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts.
- Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to visual perfection.
- Self-directed work ethic with the ability to independently troubleshoot design challenges.
- English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required).
- Your CV must include a link to your portfolio showcasing high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization. Applications lacking a portfolio link or relevant presentation cases will not be considered.
Project Time Expectations
For this project, tasks are estimated to require around 10–20 hours per week during active phases, based on project requirements. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed workload, applicable only during the active project phase.
Compensation
Contributors can earn up to $45 per hour, depending on their level and pace of contribution. Compensation may vary across projects based on scope, complexity, and required expertise.
