Key Responsibilities

Educational Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is desirable.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is a plus.
Academic and Professional Experience
Candidates must have a strong portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualizations (not just basic templates). A deep understanding of pacing, storytelling, and information design is essential. Candidates should be methodical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to transform complex narratives into premium visuals.
Technical Skills (Essential)
- Presentation software: Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., for building complex, dynamic, and perfectly animated decks.
- Design tools: Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma for custom graphics and layouts.
- Data & information design: Ability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling.
- Typography & animation: Advanced skills in working with custom fonts and elegant animations for premium deliverables.
Additional Requirements
- Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to visual perfection.
- Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently.
- English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required).

Project Time Expectations
For this project, tasks are estimated at around 10-20 hours per week during active phases, depending on project requirements. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed workload.
Compensation
Contributors can earn up to $45 per hour equivalent on this project, based on their level and pace of contribution. Compensation varies across projects depending on scope, complexity, and expertise required; note that other projects may offer different earning levels.
