As a Presentation Designer, you will focus on storytelling and visual hierarchy, turning raw data and narratives into compelling, highly persuasive slides and one-pagers using tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, Adobe Creative Suite, and Figma.

Key Responsibilities
- Design high-stakes pitch decks and professional one-pagers tailored for specific audiences.
- Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with a strong focus on minimalism and precise information hierarchy.
- Elevate presentations using custom fonts, elegant animations, and perfect visual consistency.
- Enforce a polished, persuasive, and premium corporate-meets-creative style across all deliverables.
- Execute formatting quality standards through meticulous validation of visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery.
Educational Qualifications
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is desirable.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is a plus.
Academic and/or Professional Experience
- Candidates must have a strong portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization (not just basic templates).
- A deep understanding of pacing, storytelling, and information design is essential.
- A methodical, detail-oriented approach and the ability to work independently to transform complex narratives into premium visuals are required.
Technical Skills (Essential)
- Presentation software: Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc., for building complex, dynamic, and perfectly animated decks.
- Design tools: Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma to create custom graphics and layouts.
- Data & information design: Ability to translate complex data and multi-level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling.
- Typography & animation: Advanced skills in working with custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations for premium deliverables.
Additional Requirements
- Hands-on experience creating high-end, premium corporate-meets-creative style layouts.
- Strong attention to detail and absolute commitment to visual perfectness.
- Self-directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently.
- English proficiency: Upper-intermediate (B2) or above (required).
- Your CV must include a link to your portfolio featuring high-end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization. Applications without a portfolio link, or without relevant presentation cases, will not be considered.
Project Time Expectations
- For this project, tasks are estimated to require around 10–20 hours per week during active phases, based on project requirements. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed workload, and applies only while the project is active.
Compensation
- On this project, contributors can earn up to $45 per hour equivalent, depending on their level and pace of contribution.
- Compensation varies across projects depending on scope, complexity, and required expertise. Please note that other projects on the platform may offer different earning levels based on their requirements.
