Your Immediate Opportunity
We have a pressing need for Japanese-speaking candidates and are particularly interested in recruitment professionals with existing networks in Japanese communities, including universities, hospitality, entertainment, and customer service sectors. Multiple hires are needed, and additional projects are expected.
Responsibilities
- Source and engage high-quality Japanese-speaking candidates
- Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking channels
- Conduct candidate screening and qualification interviews
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate candidate communication
- Collaborate closely with our Service Delivery Team and Managing Director
- Maintain ATS records and candidate documentation
- Support future global hiring projects
Requirements
- Fluency in Japanese and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition
- Experience recruiting internationally is highly desirable
- Strong sourcing and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment technology is advantageous
- Proven ability to identify and engage talent within Japan and Malaysia
