Key Accountability Areas
- Train subordinates and form a cohesive team to enhance work effectiveness.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and direction to subordinates in all aspects of their work.
- Delegate tasks to subordinates based on their respective assignments.
- Ensure a fair distribution of tasks to maintain morale and motivation among subordinates.
- Execute planned activities to meet operational and development targets as per delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time.
- Prepare periodic reports detailing deviations and the execution of planned tasks.
- Resolve any related problems that arise and escalate complex operational issues when necessary.
- Ensure quality requirements are met by developing effective quality control processes, including specifications for products or processes.
- Coordinate well-defined written systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities wherever possible.
- Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures and controls in the defined area of work to guarantee safety, legislative compliance, and delivery of high-quality products/services.
Academic Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

- Freshers and candidates with 0-2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
