Front-End Developer (Optimizely + Lit + CMP & Personalization) - Offshore

We are currently looking for a Front-End Developer for our UAE operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with hands-on experience using the Lit framework and Web Components. Familiarity with Optimizely Content Delivery API, CMP APIs, and Personalization APIs is essential, along with an understanding of event tracking frameworks and their integration with analytics tools. Experience with implementing A/B tests, personalized UI variations, and a solid knowledge of SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and UX best practices are also important. Additionally, experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is required.

Responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining user interfaces for Optimizely CMS using Lit (Web Components).
• Integrating with Optimizely CMP APIs to display content from the DAM.
• Implementing personalized UI components that consume Content Recommendation APIs.
• Ensuring event tracking for personalization, including clicks, views, and conversions.
• Collaborating with back-end developers to deliver headless and hybrid experiences.
• Optimizing front-end performance for personalization-driven content.
• Ensuring the implementation is responsive, accessible, and SEO-friendly.
