You will collaborate with existing senior designers and product managers to streamline the development process, utilizing AI-assisted tools and a design system to meet project needs quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities
The Frontend Designer will be expected to:
- Execute end-to-end product design encompassing interaction design, visual design, prototyping, design quality assurance, and handoff supporting senior designers.
- Extend and enhance existing design patterns by engaging with senior designers to understand underlying intents.
- Collaborate to produce design artifacts efficiently, feeding an AI-augmented development team continuously.
- Utilize AI-assisted design/prototyping tools to compress the time from idea to product.
- Contribute directly to the design component in the React (TypeScript) codebase.
- Help evolve the product design system to ensure designs are clear for both developers and AI tools.
- Work closely with product management to refine acceptance criteria while ensuring design intent is realized in the final product.
- Maintain effective communication within the team to enhance product delivery processes.
- Stay current on advancements in design methodologies, AI tools, and UI practices.
- Operate efficiently within a collaborative environment utilizing version control and thorough documentation.
Required Skills and Experience
Candidates should possess:
- 8+ years of professional design experience with a portfolio showcasing interaction design, information architecture, and visual craft.
- Strong proficiency with Figma, including component libraries and prototyping; equivalent depth in Adobe XD is also acceptable
- Current hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor) used in design workflows, with examples demonstrating impact on projects.
- A demonstrable progress trajectory into React (TypeScript) front-end development.
- Experience with design systems, particularly making systems understandable for AI tooling.
- Experience in Agile environments, working closely with engineers and product management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills tailored to diverse stakeholders.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Established contributions to front-end UI in React or Angular using TypeScript in production environments.
- Experience in formalizing design tokens and documentation for AI consumption.
- Proven ability to work alongside AI-driven development teams and adapt delivery processes accordingly.
- Awareness of the collaborative dynamics essential for successful product delivery, involving various team members.
Office Location and Working Hours
- Location: Riyadh
- Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
