We are rapidly expanding our operations across multiple cities in the UAE and Spain and looking to enter Saudi Arabia and three more European markets by 2026. Currently, we own the largest portion of the UAE mortgage market and are recognized as one of the fastest-growing players in every European city we have entered. With over $140 million raised from top investors like Sequoia Capital and Balderton Capital, we are reshaping the home-buying journey with powerful technology and agent-first tools.
As a Frontend Engineer, you will work closely with product leaders and designers, contributing to the development of our Real Estate Agent Platform and Mortgage Broker Portal using modern technologies. You will be involved in hands-on engineering, code ownership of key technical deliverables, and driving engineering excellence through best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to deliver impactful, client-focused products.
• Take ownership of the team’s codebase and lead by example in software development practices.
• Drive high standards for code quality and product architecture.
• Lead implementation of scalable and maintainable solutions.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical background with senior engineering experience.
• Product-focused mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Experience with modern development practices, CI/CD, and cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
• A collaborative attitude to foster an engaging team environment.

Additional Information:

• Work setup options include hybrid in Dubai or Madrid, remote anywhere in the EU, or relocation support to Dubai or Madrid if preferred.
