About The Role:
As a Frontend Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing user interfaces that are both intuitive and visually stunning, using Next.js, React, and Tailwind. You’ll collaborate closely with UX/UI designers and backend developers to bring new features to life, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience. Your expertise will be crucial in building responsive and high-performance web applications. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the product and backend team to implement new features.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional features.
- Write end-to-end tests using Playwright.
- Refactor and improve existing features of the product based on best practices, changing requirements, and feedback from QA.
- Review peer code to maintain a clean and extensible codebase.
- Exchange ideas with the design team to enhance the user experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate and enhance our frontend stack.
Requirements:
- High education degree from a tier 1 college (IITs, NITs, BITS).
- Previous startup experience is a bonus.
- 2+ years of frontend experience with React.
- Experience with Next.js, Tailwind, Radix UI, Shadcn UI, and Playwright stack is a bonus.
- Solid TypeScript knowledge is preferred; fundamental knowledge is required.
- Ability to turn high-fidelity designs into pixel-perfect user interfaces.
- Passion for creating delightful user experiences.
- Good communication skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English.
- Bonus: Experience with remote teams.
