Frontend Engineer

About the Job: The company is seeking an experienced and self-driven Frontend Engineer with a unique blend of technical vision and domain expertise to transform business requirements into effective AI-driven technology solutions. The company, an ADX-listed public company with majority ownership by Abu Dhabi company G42, is the leading big data analytics company in the region, utilizing artificial intelligence to create impactful business and societal outcomes. Location: Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time Responsibilities: - Review application requirements and interface designs. - Identify web-based user interactions. - Develop and implement highly responsive user interface components using React concepts. - Write application interface codes using JavaScript following React.js workflows. - Troubleshoot interface software and debug application codes. - Develop and implement front-end architecture to support user interface concepts. - Monitor and improve front-end performance. - Document application changes and develop updates. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field. - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience. - Previous experience as a React.js developer. - In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages. - Familiarity with REACT tools including Angular, React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux. - Experience with user interface design. - Clear understanding of cloud-native solutions and DevOps practices. - Knowledge of performance testing frameworks such as Mocha and Jest. - Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software. - Excellent troubleshooting skills.
