Frontend Engineer

About the Job:
As a Frontend Engineer, you will closely collaborate with product leaders and designers to develop our Real Estate Agent Platform and Mortgage Broker Portal using modern technologies. The position requires hands-on engineering, driving software development best practices, and ensuring high standards of code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the team’s codebase and take ownership of key technical deliverables.
• Drive best practices in software development and actively participate in technical challenges.
• Work closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to align on product goals and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Strong technical background with senior engineering experience and a passion for building high-quality products.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with a product-focused mindset.
• Experience with modern development practices, CI/CD, and cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude to foster an inclusive team environment.

Work Conditions:

• On-site in Dubai or Madrid, hybrid setup, or remote anywhere in the EU.
• Relocation support to Dubai or Madrid is available if preferred.
