Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with product leaders and designers on the development of the Real Estate Agent Platform and Mortgage Broker Portal using modern technologies.
- Contribute to the team’s codebase and own key technical deliverables while modeling best software development practices.
- Ensure high standards of code quality and architecture by driving best practices in software development.
- Actively engage in technical challenges and lead the implementation of scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Work collaboratively with Product, Design, and Data teams to maintain clear communication and alignment on product goals and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Strong technical background with senior engineering experience and a passion for high-quality product development.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with Product, Design, and Data teams.
- Experience with modern development practices, CI/CD, and cloud technologies (AWS preferred).
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude, fostering an inclusive team environment.
