About the Information System Team
The Information System team focuses on the planning and construction of internal systems that cover human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, and other operational needs. The goal is to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while developing a comprehensive global procurement system and an efficient global travel service platform. The team aims to create differentiated products by exploring industry-leading practices and integrating artificial intelligence technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontend service to support ByteDance's global internal users.
• Participate in system design, research and development, and technological innovation as a member of the international R&D team.
• Collaborate with product design, product management, and software engineering teams to drive business success focused on efficiency and safety in Asia.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• At least 2 years of frontend software development experience
• Strong skills in JavaScript/HTML/CSS frontend development
• Experience with ReactJS/TypeScript/Webpack/Monorepo
• Proven ability to implement high-performance, high-availability web applications with excellent user experience
• Good problem-solving skills and logical thinking in web-based system design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing To-B products
• Proficiency in web frontend architecture
