The Information System team is focused on the planning and construction of the company's internal systems, which include human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, and approval processes. This role will involve demand and project management, information security management, system configuration, and operation and maintenance.
As a Frontend Software Engineer, you will provide frontend services to support ByteDance's global internal users. You will be a part of the international R&D team, engaging in system design, research and development, and technological innovation. Collaborating with product design, product management, and software engineering teams, you will drive business success with a focus on efficiency and safety in Asia.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 2 years of frontend software development experience.
- Strong knowledge in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with ReactJS, Typescript, Webpack, and Monorepo.
- Proven ability in implementing high-performance web applications with excellent user experiences.
- Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking in web-based system design.

- Experience in developing To-B products.
- Proficiency in web frontend architecture.
