Frontend Software Engineer - Information System

About the Job:
ByteDance is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer for its Information System team. This role involves supporting the internal system construction aligned with the company’s needs in areas such as human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, and system management.

Responsibilities:

• Provide frontend services to support ByteDance’s global internal users.
• Participate in system design, research and development, and technological innovation as part of the international R&D team.
• Collaborate with product design, product management, and software engineering teams to enhance business success through improved efficiency and safety.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • At least 2 years of frontend software development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Experience with ReactJS, TypeScript, Webpack, and Monorepo.
  • Solid experience in implementing web applications with high performance, high availability, and excellent user experience.
  • Good problem-solving skills in web-based system design.

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in developing products for B2B clients.
  • Proficiency in web frontend architecture.
