Frontend Software Engineer - Information System

ByteDance is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer for its Information System team. Founded in 2012, ByteDance's mission is to inspire creativity and enrich life through innovative products, including TikTok and other platforms tailored to the China market.

The Information System team focuses on the planning and construction of internal systems related to human resources, finance, legal affairs, procurement, and more. The team aims to enhance efficiency and reduce costs by creating comprehensive global systems and platforms.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Provide frontend service to support ByteDance's global internal users.
• Participate in system design, research, development, and technological innovation as part of the international R&D team.
• Collaborate with product design, product management, and software engineering teams to drive business success and enhance both efficiency and safety across Asia.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 2 years of experience in frontend software development.
• Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, Webpack, and Monorepo.
• Solid experience in developing high-performance web applications with excellent user experience.
• Good problem-solving skills and analytical thinking in web-based system design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing To-B products.
• Strong skills in web frontend architecture.
