Responsibilities:
- Provide frontend services to support ByteDance’s global internal users.
- Work as part of the international R&D team on system design, research and development, and technological innovation.
- Collaborate closely with product design, management, and software engineering teams to enhance business efficiency and safety across Asia.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- At least 2 years of frontend software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with ReactJS, Typescript, Webpack, and Monorepo.
- Proven ability to implement high-performance, high-availability web applications with exceptional user experience.
- Good problem-solving skills, particularly in web-based system design.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing To-B products.
- Strong skills in web frontend architecting.
