Frontend Software Engineer Intern, Information System - 2025 Start

About the Job:
The Corporate Service System team at ByteDance is focused on delivering advanced product solutions in the corporate service domain to enhance management efficiency and improve the user experience for staff services. This team is responsible for building intelligent decision-making platforms for business owners and creating comfortable and efficient office environments for employees, encouraging innovative ideas and the development of new products.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality, high-availability, and high-performance web pages according to product requirement documents and design drafts.
• Participate in creating front-end developer tools to improve development efficiency and system stability.
• Manage daily maintenance and on-call responsibilities for products.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program, with an expected graduation date in 2026.
• Proficient verbal and written English communication skills.
• A minimum of 1 year of front-end software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and familiarity with Typescript, ReactJS, Redux, Webpack, and Monorepo.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proactive, self-motivated, and possesses good communication skills in a collaborative environment.
• Previous internship or personal projects demonstrating software development experience.
